Perhaps in the life of every person there comes a period when he gets tired of the bustle of the city, constant noise and wants to create his cozy, comfortable nest. Often the choice falls on land plots located near the city. After the place of erection of the house is determined, the stage regarding the project of the building follows. To date, there are a lot of technologies for building housing. The individual construction of low -rise buildings was very popular among people. It is to this decision that those who want to acquire their own housing are inclined.
A new technology that allows not only to reduce the time required for the construction of a low -rise building, but also financial costs – the construction of buildings in a non -removable formwork. It is represented by two types:
using polystyrene blocks;
using a brush -cement slab.
Both technologies have their own characteristics. If we consider the first option, then during the construction of low -rise buildings, the formwork is constructed from polystyrene blocks, which differ in lightness and have high thermal insulation properties. In the second case, the inside of the house is performed by their brush -cement plates, and external with similar material, but with insulation. When using this technology, the base under the wall is performed by their monolithic concrete.
Polistyle blocks for non -removable formwork are made on a special high -tech line. This material is of high quality and durability. The starting raw materials for the production of brush -cement plates are spruce chips and cement. The blanks are formed in special forms, due to which they are given the exact dimensions and the required geometric shape.
The production process, like the material itself, is environmentally friendly and does not have a negative effect on the environment.
The construction of low -rise houses in a non -removable formwork of brush -cement plates or polystyrene foam blocks is a simple process. Since these materials have perfectly even forms, their installation can be performed with your own hands. Plates or blocks should initially be installed on the corners, by this, erecting the supporting walls of the future house. The first row is built around the perimeter of the foundation and along the internal partitions. Between themselves, slabs or blocks are fastened with special nails and screeds. After installing the first row, it is reinforced and poured with concrete. After which it is necessary to install the subsequent rows. At the same time, it is very important to monitor the displacement of plates or blocks (it should be at least 250 mm), which will ensure the required strength of the building.
