Own houses in cottage villages are now at the peak of popularity. Different reasons encourage people to leave the city: crowding, polluted air, cramped city apartment, love of nature … Probably, everyone can name some of their causes, but more and more people prefer to live outside the city, despite the need to go to work every day to the metropolis and back. Perhaps the work is the only thing that cannot be found in the cottage village, because the modern village is planned taking into account all human needs and ideally has developed infrastructure.

In almost any village you can now find one or more stores where you can buy all the necessary products and things. The analogy with the Selpo will be inappropriate here, these stores could compete with the city. Ideally, absolutely all household problems should be solved in the village itself, for example, repairing plumbing or laundry services.
The infrastructure of the village includes a beauty salon, solarium, medical office. Usually, the village has an entertainment center with a disc and bowling, a bar, a cafe, sometimes, a restaurant. Supporters of an active lifestyle can find sports grounds, fitness club, treadmill in the village. Children are offered children’s entertainment sites with open -air attractions and playing rooms in stores and cafes. In some villages, in addition, there are private kindergartens, where the child will be under a qualified supervision all day and you do not need to carry the baby to the city on crowded tracks every morning. School children can attend a local school. Own school is a relatively new idea in the layout, and, of course, not every cottage village can boast of such a feature. Perm has not yet accepted this innovation, but in some villages of the Moscow Region (elite and business class) such a service already exists. Of course, it is paid and not very cheap: training costs about 1 2 thousand at.e. per month. But this is not a waste of money, because only with the help of highly qualified teachers a child will be able to prepare for entering a university. However, the problem of educational institutions in the cottage village is a separate issue.
Despite the fact that the village is surrounded by real forests and meadows, they plan a park for walking in the guarded territory. Sometimes a chapel or temple is being built.
Thus, the modern cottage village combines urban comfort and solitude, the ability to relax in nature. This is the choice of successful people.
